TermX Replenishment System

The TermX Replenishment System has been designed by Australians to suit the harsh Australian conditions and termite pressures.  It has been extensively tested to offer long-term termite management and prevention and was stringently assessed to strict CodeMark Australia standards, which it has achieved.  Don’t settle for just any old system – why risk it on your most valued asset!

The TermX Replenishment System is a specially designed pipe system used to apply termiticide chemical under pressure to saturate the soil medium surrounding a structure.  This creates an impenetrable barrier (if repellent termiticides are used) or a death-trap for unsuspecting foraging termites (in the case of non-repellent termiticide chemicals) that move through impregnated soil.

TermX is a specially engineered system designed to deliver chemical termite treatments as a preventative measure for these pests.  A certified TermX installer lays a series of replenishment system around or underneath a structure.  At a later stage, chemical is pumped through the pipes to create a barrier of protection.  Your certified TermX installer can make recommendations on how often the system needs to be charged with chemical – this is dependant on the type of chemical used and the termite pressure in your area.  Once installed the system allows for quick application of a treatment to protect your most valued assets.

Australian Standard Management and Reporting System

We use a secure web-based Pest Management Booking & Reporting Software called Formitize for Completion of all Australian Standard Pest Management documents & Invoicing.  This software produces professional documents enabling us to provide photo evidence, if required, within reports prior to the report being emailed directly to our customer upon completion of the job.  The software is accessed through the work tablet and all documents are finalised at the completion of each job.

Should a customer not have access to an email system, the documents are printed on-site with a printer that is stored in the work vehicle. The benefits of this system is that it provides an environmentally friendly option for supply of Pest Management documentation and also significantly reduced time in completion of administration tasks thereby freeing up valuable time and resources.  All documents are regularly reviewed by Reporting Systems Australia to ensure that they reflect current Australian Standards.  We continually strive towards improvement of our service and communication to our customers to deliver the most cost effective service.

Sentricon Termite Baiting system

Subterranean worker termites forage for cellulose food sources 24 hours a day, ranging abroad from their underground nest, or colony, through tunnels in the soil that can range up to 300 feet or more.
